Foundation & Flow:
A Capoeira Angola Experience
A 4-week immersion into movement, rhythm, and ancestral wisdom

What is Capoeira Angola?
Capoeira Angola is an Afro-Brazilian art form that weaves together movement, music, ritual, and resistance. Born from the survival strategies of enslaved Africans in Brazil, Capoeira is more than a martial art — it is a living, breathing cultural tradition.
In Capoeira Angola, we move with intention. We listen. We play. We remember.
