His skill and dedication have been recognized with multiple honors from his father, including the Cordel Branco - Ponta Verde de Mestre (2014), Cordel Branco - Ponta Amarelo de Mestre (2018), and the Cordel Branco - Ponta Azul (2022) .

Today, Mestre Nozinho continues to teach around the world—including in Japan, Germany, the U.S., and Brazil—while living in Boca do Rio, Salvador, Bahia. He remains deeply committed to making Capoeira Angola accessible to all and continues to carry forward the legacy of Mestre Nô with integrity and passion.
